About TNAH

The New American Home® (TNAH) is America’s residential construction laboratory. As the nation’s premier showcase home, it offers builders, architects and other housing industry professionals the opportunity to see the latest new products, construction technologies and design trends. Now in its 28th year, TNAH is sponsored by the National Council of the Housing Industry (NCHI) and Builder Magazine, and is one of the most successful and visible programs of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).
